É quase impossível alcançar um grau zero de significação nas imagens fixadas por nós. Sendo assim, me deixo levar por impulsos carregados de emoções e comoções com a situação dos nossos semelhantes, alguns em acordo com os ritmos das cidades, outros em desalinho, mas fazendo parte delas. “Arquivo doce” é um dos trabalhos que desenvolvi com o passar do tempo, pois a obra pode aumentar em número de elementos (fotografia, garrafa, vidro e mel) ou mesmo alterar-se com os processos de cristalização do mel e ainda reagir com as imagens fotográficas.
Usando a fotografia enquanto linguagem de apreensão de instantes de homens e mulheres que trabalham na cidade, “Arquivo doce” é uma obra que propõe uma relação entre o tempo e o processo construtivo da imagem de uma cidade. A escolha do mel é uma proposta que apresento como fator significante para realização do trabalho, visto que ele, um produto do trabalho coletivo das abelhas, está sendo comparado com a imagem de uma cidade, produto coletivo do trabalho humano. Neste sentido, algumas outras relações poderão surgir com a fruição da obra, pois o significado da imagem e da matéria apresentadas, percorrem universos distintos. Por isso, ao unir elementos tão distantes em seu uso, mel e fotografia, proponho uma relação metafórica e visual no encontro desses elementos.
“Arquivo doce” é um projeto que revela e esconde elementos próprios dos procedimentos fotográficos, aqui substituídos pelo processo de contaminação, alteração e ressignificação da imagem fotográfica e seus desdobramentos simbólicos e perceptivos junto ao material escolhido, o mel.
It is almost impossible to achieve a zero level of significance in the images fixed by us. Thus, I allow myself to be taken by impulses charged with emotions and commotions about the situation of our fellow men, some in accordance with the rhythms of the cities, others in disarray, but all being part of them. "Sweet File" is one of the works that I have developed over time, as the piece can be increase by adding more elements (photography, glass and honey) or even change as the honey crystallization processes continue and further react with the photographic images.
Using photography as language of aprehension while men and women who work in the city, "Sweet File" is a work that proposes a relationship between time and the construction process image of a city. The choice for honey is a proposal that I present as a significant factor for carrying out the work, since this is a product of the collective work of bees, is being compared with the image of a city, collective product of human labor. Therefore, some other relationships may arise throughout the observation of the work, for the meaning of the image and presented material, pursue different universes. Therefore, in order to unite elements that are so distant in use, honey and photography, I propose a metaphorical and visual relationship at the meeting of these elements.
"Sweet File" is a project that reveals and conceals very elements of photographic procedures, here replaced by the contamination process, change and redefinition of the photographic image and its symbolic and perceptual consequences with the material chosen, honey.
